If you experience any problems or discrepancies with an order already placed through GSA Advantage, please complete a Discrepancy Report and we will make every effort to solve the problem quickly. You can also file a Discrepancy Report directly from the order you're having a problem with. Just find the order and the item in Order History, and click on the Item Detail.
