Submitting an FOI Request If the information you seek is not available from any of the above sources, you may want to submit a Freedom of Information (FOI) Act request to FDA in written form. CVM is not able to accept FOI requests via E-mail. Information on how to submit an FOI request can be found in Handbook for Requesting Information and Records From FDA. Obtaining Information From Other FDA Sources Certain materials about CVM-related matters that were prepared for public distribution (e.g., press releases, consumer publications, speeches, congressional testimony) are available from both the FDA Internet site and the FDA Electronic Freedom of Information Reading Room . Some materials are also available locally from the more than 40 FDA public affairs spe cialists throughout the United States. |
