Collections is a component of the U.S. Department of Education's Federal Student Aid programs which is the largest source of student aid in America, providing nearly 70% of all student aid. Our function is the servicing of defaulted student loans that are administered under the Federal Family Education Loans (FFEL) program, which include Federal Stafford and Federal PLUS loans, and Federal Direct Loans Program. Our goal is to provide the student loan community with the highest level of service possible. |
