Age: Approximately 30 to 35 years old Build: Heavy
Sex: Male Hair: May be Balding
Height: Approximately 5'11" to 6'1" Eyes: Dark
(May wear glasses)
Weight: 250 to 270 pounds Race: Black

CAUTION

This individual is wanted for questioning in connection with the unauthorized bank withdrawals from the accounts of several unsuspecting bank customers. The suspect generally accesses account holder information and then poses as the account holders to make unauthorized withdrawals. More than $140,000 has been withdrawn from these customer accounts, which are located in the Boroughs of Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn in New York City. The fraudulent activity was reported to law enforcement authorities in January of 2004.
