NOTE:
The Final EIS is divided into 4 Volumes, and is available in
adobe acrobat pdf format which requires the free
viewer. The documents are available in their entirety, or
by section with full bookmarking in each to ease in navigation
of the document. The pdf documents have been converted to html
when possible to provide another option for viewing. The html
versions utilize frames for navigation and require a browser
that supports frames. HTML versions will also open in a new
window. Please note that some minor loss of formatting may
have occurred in the translation to html files from pdfs. Text
versions of these pdf documents are available for the blind
and visually impaired through our
PDF accessibility page
to avoid
