The complaint alleged that the Respondent violated § 7116(a)(1), (5) and (8) of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute by failing to respond to an information request submitted by the Union and failing to provide the Union with the information requested. The Judge dismissed the complaint for want of prosecution. The Authority found, for the reasons stated in 57 FLRA No. 28 (2001), that the complaint should be remanded to the Chief Judge, for further action consistent with that decision.
