Public Comment: The following revisions and updates have been made to this record:
(1) The deadline date has been extended from June 26, 2003 to July 7, 2003.
(2) In the SUMMARY OF PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS, the third bullet under Eligibility Information has been changed as follows. This is consistent with the information in the first FAQ in Section I. INTRODUCTION.
Limit on Number of Proposals: Proposers can submit a maximum of one planning grant proposal and one implementation grant proposal each year.
(3) In Section III. ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION, the previous text has been replaced in its entirety as follows. This is consistent with the first bullet under Eligibility information in the SUMMARY OF PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS, and with the change described in (2) above.
All US institutions that offer a baccalaureate or advanced degree in engineering are eligible to submit proposals under this program solicitation. Proposers can submit a maximum of one planning grant proposal and one implementation grant proposal each year.
