Registration for NON-FMS Government Learners

Note: If you are an FMS employee, please do not use this registration form to enroll. Instead, please use the following URL to access the FMS Learning Management System (LMS): Tas-training.fms.treas.gov

For Non-FMS government learners, submission of the form below will reserve a place in one of our scheduled classes for you with the understanding that you will complete your agency's training authorization form (or equivalent) and fax it to us at (202) 874-9629.

Important Notice:
We do our best to provide the best training value for government (federal, state and local) financial managers and accountants. Treasury Agency Services, as a Franchise Fund organization, must operate under stringent limits as to the student audience that it may train. While the Franchise Fund legislation permits us to provide training to government employees, contractors, and consultants of government agencies, it only permits us to receive payment for the training from a government (federal, state and local) agency, not the contractor/consultant. We continually stress this requirement to other government agencies. Additionally, we endeavor to apprise any interested private or commercial organizations that they need to have their partner government agency provide training payment to us in order to operate properly within the statute.
