• Order by mail:
  
  1. Download and print a copy of the Microfilm Order form * in PDF format.
     • You need access to a printer and the Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
       (You can download the latest version of the FREE Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader from Adobe).
     • The form is a total of 2 pages, and is formatted for letter size paper (8.5" x 11"). If your printer can not accommodate this, select "shrink to fit" when the Adobe Acrobat Reader "Print" dialog box appears.
       
       
  2. Or Send Your Order as a Letter:
     You must include:
     • the publication number and the roll number for each roll ordered.
     • your name, address, and daytime telephone number
     • Please send your payment with your order.

Prices

For Microfilm: Microfilm copies of rolls of microfilm publications may be purchased at $34 per roll (including shipping) for U.S. orders ($39 for foreign orders).
Exception: The color microfilm publication M1930, Enumeration District Maps for the Fifteenth Census of the United States (1930) (including shipping) is $51 for U.S. orders ($56 for foreign orders).

For Microfiche: $4.75 per sheet.

• VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover (Novus) cards are accepted. Credit card orders must include the account number, expiration date, and the cardholder's signature.
• DO NOT send cash.
• Libraries and government agencies only may pay by purchase order.
• Persons placing orders from outside the United States or its possessions should make remittance by international money order or check drawn in U.S. dollars on a bank in the United States.
