• DoD Enterprise Architecture Reference Models
  May 2004 The structure of the reference models are designed for the Program Manager who must associate his or her IT initiative’s business case (IT 300 Exhibit) with the DoD EA and the FEA in support of the budget formulation process, as required by OMB Circular A-11. The DoD EA RM content is mapped to the FEA and vice versa. By easily finding the associations between the DoD EA and the FEA, the Program Manager is able to reduce the labor cost required to perform the analysis necessary to comply with the A-11 guidance.
