The Defense Finance and Accounting Service - Norfolk Site (DFAS-NO) was activated April 1, 1995, as part of
the consolidation of service finance and accounting operations.
Directed by Captain Parke L. Guthner, the Norfolk Site is located in Norfolk, VA on the Norfolk
Naval Station.
DFAS Norfolk serves more than 600 activities including:
