Directives

The FEMA Directives Management System includes Director's Policy Statements, Instructions, Manuals, Guides, Circulars, and Temporary Directive Transmittals which are intended to direct, guide, inform, and instruct employees in the performance of their jobs, and enable them to work effectively within FEMA and with other agencies, and the public. Some directives may also provide information and guidance to other agencies and the public.
