The Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE) serves as the focal point for compliance and enforcement planning, guidance, and resources. Most direct enforcement and compliance assurance work in the Regional Office is done by Units within this Office.
This office is responsible for coordinating strategic compliance assurance efforts, measuring progress, coordinating with EPA HQ, and assisting in special enforcement or compliance assistance efforts.
