Title VII-Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.   CMS has a zero tolerance for this discrimination which involves unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature.  Training is required for all employees and is made available on an annual basis so that all CMS employees will be aware of the law and CMS policy.  This course informs us of our statutory rights and responsibilities.
