Title VII-Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Sexual harassment is a form of discrimination prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. CMS has a zero tolerance for this discrimination which involves unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature. Training is required for all employees and is made available on an annual basis so that all CMS employees will be aware of the law and CMS policy.
