Tips and Complaints: How to Report Environmental Violations

EPA's Enforcement and Compliance Policies and Guidance Internet Collection Search which provides access to internet accessible documentation related to enforcement and compliance activities.

Enforcement and Compliance On-Line (EC-On-Line) brings together environmental and other information from a number of data systems to produce historical compliance profiles for facilities located in Region 10.

Enforcement Economic Models are used to analyze the financial aspects of enforcement actions.

Enforcement and Compliance Docket and Information Center (ECDIC) is a central facility that provides public access to regulatory, case settlement, and other policy-related information supporting the Agency's enforcement and compliance activities.

Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO) provides compliance and enforcement information for approximately 800,000 EPA-permitted facilities nationwide, including information on inspections.

National Environmental Compliance Clearinghouse provides quick access to compliance assistance tools, contacts, and planned activities from US EPA, its partners, and other compliance assistance providers.

Federal Environmental Laws and Regulations

Sector Facility Indexing Project: brings together environmental and other information from a number of data systems to produce facility-level profiles for five industry sectors (petroleum refining, iron and steel production, primary nonferrous metal refining and smelting, pulp manufacturing, and automobile assembly) and a subset of major federal facilities (including compliance and enforcement history).
