Mortgagee Letter 2003-19 advises of the address where voluntary partial claim payments/prepayments may be submitted (paragraph G, page 5), where lenders shall deliver the original promissory note and recorded mortgage (paragraph Q, page 7), and the name and address of the contractor selected by HUD to service the partial claims notes (paragraph G, page 5).
