HUD’s Direct Distribution Center    

The Distribution Center accepts orders for HUD forms, handbooks, mortgagee letters, etc. Orders can be placed by telephone at: (800) 767-7468, by fax, (202) 708-2313, online or by mail to:

Washington, DC 20410    

Distribution Center operators can do a text search to find material by key words even if you do not know the exact title or item number.

Since it is the responsibility of the lender to ensure prompt internal distribution of HUD handbooks, mortgagee letters, and other notices to all applicable personnel including underwriting staff, closing/insuring staff, servicing staff, quality-control staff, approved branches, loan correspondents, and lender-selected appraisers, the Distribution Center could be very helpful to you.
