The Health
Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) assures access to
health services. We are working to assure all HRSA Web sites are
accessible, too. We intend to meet or exceed the requirements
of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as amended in 1998.
If you
need information from a HRSA Web page not yet redesigned for accessibility:

in a format you can use.
We welcome

more accessible. Send e-mail to comments@hrsa.gov.
Accessibility Resources
Adobe
Acrobat Reader (not a Federal
Web site) HRSA publishes Adobe Acrobat .pdf files
on the Web because they can be opened by almost anyone, regardless
of hardware and software. Older Acrobat files may be inaccessible
to a screenreader. While we update our .pdf files, we suggest
you type the URL of the inaccessible .pdf file into the access.adobe.com
simple form and convert the .pdf to an html that your screenreader
can read.
Federal
IT Initiative (a Federal Web site) offers
information on Section 508 requirements that Federal agencies'
electronic and information technology be accessible to people
with disabilities.
The
Access Board (a Federal Web site) provides
guidelines, standards and assistance on accessible design.
U.S.
Department of Justice (a Federal Web site)
reports to Congress and the President on Federal compliance
with Section 508 requirements.
