  1. Will there be an Audit Division Carrier Conference in January 2006.

    No, there will not be a conference in January 2006, but it may be resumed in 2007.

  2. Is a Standard Form 1113, Public Voucher for Transportation Charges, still required to be submitted with the Bill of Lading or GTR to receive payment for transportation charges?

    Yes, the SF 1113 is still required to receive payment on paper transactions. Refer to 41 CFR 102-118.195.

  3. Are all paid transportation transactions still postpayment audited?

    Yes, refer to 41 CFR 102-118.415.

  4. Has the Notice of Overcharge recently been changed?

    The Notice of Overcharge (SF7925) has been converted from a carbonized form to a laser printed version.
    The Transportation Service Provider (TSP) will continue to receive two copies of the overcharge and should return one copy with the payment or protest.
    The other copy is for the TSP's files.
