Account Representatives

We have a team of headquarters-based records professionals to serve your business needs: Kenny Ragland, Michele Romero, Karen Scott, Angela Tillery, and Sandra Wayman.

  • Kenny Ragland

Kenny Ragland joined the National Archives and Records Administration as an account representative in July 2004.

Previously, Mr. Ragland worked for the Washington National Records Center. His experience at the records center includes supervising in the reference service branch. Mr. Ragland also worked as the Records Manager at the District of Columbia Records Center where he was in charge of preservation of agency records of the D.C. Government.

Mr. Ragland is the point of contact for the following agencies:

  • Michele L. Romero

is an account representative for the Records Center Program at the National Archives and Records Administration. She joined the program in August 2000.

Previously, Ms. Romero worked at our Washington National Records Center. Her experience at the records center includes work in the Accessions and Disposal Branch. Ms. Romero also worked for the Director, handling budget, administrative, and human resource responsibilities.

  • Karen A. Scott

joined the National Archives and Records Administration as an account representative in the Records Center Program in January 2003. Previously, Ms. Scott worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a Compliance Specialist, where she enforced the rules and regulations of fruits and vegetables regulated under the 9 CFR domestic and imported orders.

Ms. Scott is the point of contact for the following agencies:

  • Angela Tillery

is an account representative for the Record Center Program (RCP) at the National Archives and Records Administration. She joined the program in early 1999.

Previously, Ms. Tillery spent several years as a management analyst for the Federal government. During this time she worked in several defense organizations advocating the importance of records management.

As an account representative, Ms. Tillery provides superior customer service to several federal agencies. She is a liaison between the agencies and the 16 NARA records centers across the country.

Contact Ms. Tillery to discuss with her where the RCP is headed in the areas of technology and enhancing the current automated system. She is looking forward to informing you about the plans the new RCP has in the area of specialized customer service, special (unique) agency projects and enhancing your agencies cost savings in the records management arena.

  • Sandra J. Wayman

joined the Record Center Program at the National Archives and Records Administration as an account representative in February 1999. Sandy worked at our Washington National Records Center, accumulating over 24 years of service. Sandy's experience at the records center include positions involving reference service, quality control, micrographics, and accessioning and disposal. Her years of service enabled her to gain a broad knowledge in both records management and records center functions.

  • Records of the Legislative Branch
