The Department of Housing and Urban Development has issued Notice H04-01, Professional Liability Insurance for Section 232 Programs. The Department is interested in receiving comments on this Notice no later March 31, 2004. These comments will be reviewed by the Department, and modifications to Notice H04-01 may be made subsequent to the comment period.
