Technical Information

This site will provide you with links to additional information on the PACE regulation and the PACE Protocol. The PACE Protocol is the governing document for PACE organizations operating under 1115 demonstration authority. Developed in 1995, it represented a collaboration between the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, States, and PACE organizations.

The following documents are available to provide further information:
