To provide life cycle engineering support for Hull and Deck systems on Submarine and Surface ships throughout the Navy Fleet. We are responsible for Cargo and Weapons handling and stowage systems (including cranes, hoists and elevators), Aircraft elevator systems, Aircraft handling cranes and hoists, Amphibious assault, Anchoring, Mooring, Boat handling and stowage, Towing systems, Underway replenishment, Submarine hydraulic power systems, Submarine closures and hull outfitting, and submarine weapons launching systems.
