How to Order

Almost all of the publications listed in this catalog are available on-line. (Most provide only the text of the publications, but some graphics are included.) The alphabetical lists of titles for both English and Spanish publications provide the appropriate hypertext links. Other on-line publications, such as guidance documents, can be found through this Website's Manuals and Publications page.

Most publications and audiovisuals are also available from FDA's public affairs specialists in various cities around the United States and in Puerto Rico. Consult the blue pages of your telephone directory for the FDA office nearest you. (The Food and Drug Administration is listed under United States Government, Health and Human Services.)

If you are only interested in ordering publications and there is no FDA office convenient to you, contact the FDA through its toll-free number, 1-888-INFO-FDA (1-888-463-6332). For single copies, order no more than 12 titles, please.

Publications listed in this catalog are available free of charge unless marked "Order through Pueblo." When requesting publications, be sure to include the title and publication number. Note: The first two digits of a publication number indicate the fiscal year in which it was published. Please note that publications identified as Backgrounders, Fact Sheets or Fliers are available only in single, reproducible copies.

Publications listed as "Internet Only" are not available in printed form but through our Website only. Publications listed as "Order Through Pueblo" are available from the Federal Consumer Information Center for a small price. Or, write to FCIC, Pueblo, CO 81009.

The Consumer Information about Veterinary Medicine Issues publications are available from FDA's Center for Veterinary Medicine.
