Currently, there are 28 states that have one or more core state funded programs. The states shaded in purple below are funded. To view a grantee profile, select a state (shaded purple) from the map below or from the alphabetical list below. For an explanation of the profile sections (contents), see the Profile Overview. These profiles are designed to highlight state accomplishments and are not representative of all state injury activities. States report to CDC twice a year, and the profiles are subsequently updated. If you have questions or would like more information, please contact the state contact person identified in the profile.
