Federal Supply Service Office of Marketing Overview

The Office of Marketing (FM) has been working hard to better meet the needs of the FSS organization. FM has undertaken a variety of research, analysis and organizational design initiatives to learn more about what their customers want and need. FM increased the focus on the disciplines of marketing and customer relationship management.

The following divisions are designed to assist customers:

  • Research and Analysis
  • Communication
  • Customer Relationship Management and Policy
  • Marketing Policy and Planning

The Office of Marketing is the only office solely dedicated to leveraging customer relations to maximize effectiveness in the market place.
