Federal Supply Service Office of Acquisition Management

The Office of Acquisition Management develops acquisition policies and guidance, and ensures the proper integration of those policies for all acquisition programs within GSA's Federal Supply Service (FSS). The office provides nationwide contract management policy, program direction, and contract administration support. It also develops, coordinates, and implements e-business strategies and requirements for acquisition systems within FSS.

The Office of Acquisition Management is composed of the following centers:

  • The Acquisition Management Center, which is responsible for acquisition policy support and training.
  • The Systems Management Center, which is responsible for acquisition systems support.
  • The Contract Management Center, which is responsible for contract administration and industry relationship management.
