A panel of experts are being invited to review preliminary proposals received against the ITEST solicitation # 02-147.

The site for the meeting should be within walking distance to the subway systems. Not more than four city blocks.

Other information:

The large room for orientation will need to be set-up theatre style to accommodate 40 people. The break-out rooms will need to be set-up conference style -- there will be about eight computers set up per room.

The Government will select the proposal which provides the best value.

All pricing is subject to the government perdiem for the location or county specified in this request for proposal.

Awards will be made based on the contractor's ability to meet the government's requirement, price, past performance and what is the best value to NSF.
