HBCU/MI program provides access to scientific and technical information
products and services to faculty, staff, and students of Historically
Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), Hispanic Serving Institutions
(HSI), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCU) and other Minority
Institutions (MI) . The products and services provided are to
assist institutions with developing and improving their scientific
and technical curriculum and research programs and to strengthen
their abilities to compete for federal grants and contracts. For
