Telecommunication Help DeskThe Technical Control Facility (TCF), a branch of DTIC’s Telecommunications Division, is the core of DTIC’s telecommunications network. One aspect of the overall mission of the TCF staff is to maintain the Telecommunications Help Desk.The TCF staff provide procedural and operational assistance, including help in DROLS dedicated and dial-up systems and the Internet. With programs such as the Telecommunications Help Desk, the TCF staff continues the tradition of making user assistance and satisfaction its top priority.
