This is a revised listing of the Guaranty Agency Reinsurance Agreement Default Status - FY03

Guaranty Agencys' Federal Fund balances were reduced for FY 06 & 07 reserve recall amounts and any allowance for loss.  The Department of Education added these amounts back to the Federal Fund balances for purposes of calculating reserve ratios.

For Federal Fund reporting, guaranty agencies must continue to report in accordance with the Guaranty Agency Financial Reporting (GAFR) instructions.
