Library Description
mRNA was purified from human fetal hearts (10-12 weeks). cDNA
was constructed using a NotI-Oligo dT adaptor-primer. SalI
adaptors were ligated, followed by digestion with NotI, for
direction cloning into predigested lambda gt22. Method is
described in J. Mol. Cell. Cardiol. (1994) 26, 1329-1333)
