A county wide proclamation was signed October 5th by Fresno County Board of Supervisors and presented to our Health Officer Dr. Ed Moreno and AIDS Division Manager David Luchini declaring October 15th as National Latino AIDS Awareness Day in Fresno County."

    More on ARRIVE Exponents offers the ARRIVE training program, which is an 8 week HIV/AIDS awareness/prevention, relapse prevention, peer educator's program. They have always offered the material in Spanish to their students and even have held classes for Spanish speaking individuals. Exponents is in the process of revamping the program and offering an ARRIVE en Español to the Spanish speaking community at large. The format is different in that classes will be held over a week's period (10am - 5pm) where each participant will receive HIV/AIDS awareness & prevention, outreach strategies/presentation skills, stress management techniques and information on substance use and relapse prevention.
