Treasury Building and Annex Repair and Restoration (TBARR) Program

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The four phase program will renovate and modernize the historic main Treasury Building. The program will correct major building code; life-safety code and Americans with Disabilities Act code deficiencies. All major utility systems, fire alarm and security systems, lighting, and elevators will be replaced, and selected finishes will be historically restored. The renovation supports the Secretary’s plan for an open office environment using new modular partitions and furniture.
