EP CPE Texts

 

The Employee Plans Division of the Internal Revenue Service annually publishes a series of articles known as the Employee Plans Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Technical Instruction Program.


The articles for FY-1998, FY-1999, FY-2001, FY-2002 and FY-2003 are currently available online and may be viewed, printed and searched by using the freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

These materials were designed for training purposes only. Under no circumstances should the contents of these articles be used or cited as authority for setting or sustaining a technical position.


Prior years' issues of the Employee Plans Continuing Professional Education Technical Instruction Program are available in the National Office Freedom of Information Reading Room, located at the 11th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW entrance of the Internal Revenue Service Main Building (1111 Constitution Ave., NW, Washington, DC). You may also request copies of the prior years' issues, by sending a request with a check or money order for the appropriate fee to the following address:

Charges for copies of Internal Revenue Service records are set by the Department of Treasury, in accordance with Treasury Regulation 31-CFR Part I. The cost of reproduction is calculated at $0.15 per page. Initial requests receive an allowance of 100 free pages; accordingly, the net payment for said request will be reduced by $15.00. Subsequent requests may be subject to aggregation.
