Our Mission:

The Cotton, Oilseeds, Tobacco and Seeds Division contributes to the objectives of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Foreign Agricultural Service by promoting the export of traditional and new-to-market COTS commodities by means of outreach, marketing assistance, program and policy support, and market intelligence.
