This self-study course is designed to provide you with a general introduction to the basic concepts for first-responder awareness at the scene of a potential terrorist incident. This publication is available for order from the USFA Publications Center.
This job aid is designed to assist the first responder from the fire, EMS, Hazmat, and law enforcement disciplines in identifying a possible terrorist/WMD incident and implementing initial actions. This document is not a training manual but a "memory jogger" for those who have completed the appropriate level of training.
