Abstract:
CIO Council guidance on using the Value Measuring Methodology (VMM) How-To-Guide to help Agencies evaluate and select projects that yield the greatest value to the Government. VMM is a proven toolkit used to define, capture and measure the value of IT investment for inclusion in the OMB Exhibit 300 Capital Asset Plan and Business Case required for funding requests.
