Abstract:
Memorandum explaining the Federal Agency review and comment process for the just released Draft Service Component Reference Model (SRM) and Technical Reference Model (TRM). The SRM is a business-driven, functional framework that classifies service capabilities (or components) with respect to how they support an Agency's business and performance objectives. The TRM is a component-driven, technical framework that identifies the standards and specifications that comprise a service component.
