Abstract:
This Analysis Report describes the Clinger-Cohen Assessment (CCA) survey, summarizes and analyzes the key findings from the CCA survey, and provides a summary of conclusions, recommendations and lessons learned as a result of the analysis. Screen captures of the actual survey are provided in Appendix A. Listings and definitions (where available) of the competencies, skills, and certifications referenced in the survey are provided in Appendices B through D respectively.
