Meeting and Training Room Rental is a much sought after service that Treasury Agency Services provides to federal agencies. Situated in the heart of Washington, D.C., comfortably furnished, affordable rooms are now available for any customer requirements. Specifically, our facilities consist of three spacious training/meeting rooms and two computer rooms.

Our facility is conveniently located at 1990 K Street, NW in downtown Washington, DC, two blocks from the Metrorail, Georgetown, the business district and minutes away from many of the city's main tourist attractions.

Our training rooms allow for a large variety of meeting configurations. The three individual training/meeting rooms are separated by sound insulated, fabric partitions. They can be combined or kept separate to fit the customer's needs.

The two computer rooms are the newest addition to our facilities and allow for internet related training as well as specific software application training, as required. We'll work with the customer to prepare the workstations in the best fashion to support your training needs. We have broadband connectivity to ensure your internet connection is smooth and facilitates the best training value.

All of the rooms have teleconferencing capability and computer hook-up for dial-in purposes, if needed. We can support up to 10 participants via our teleconferencing offering. All rooms also contain individual controls for heating, air conditioning, and lighting.

Our location at K Street has several distinct advantages. From shopping for clothes, mailing a package, dining and banking to buying office supplies, books or your favorite music, or sightseeing around the White House we offer the best location for your meetings or training. For your convenience, Sushi Express, Washington Delicatessen, Tequilla Grill and CVS Pharmacy are located on the K Street level of our building, and Patza Grill on the I Street level. Dining facilities such as Legal Seafood, The Prime Rib, Au Bon Pain and Bertucci's, are located within close walking distance. Bank of America, SunTrust Bank and Eagle Bank all have facilities and ATMs within one block. A variety of hotels, such as Capitol Hilton, Westin Hotel and J.W. Marriott are also available close by or easily accessible via metro.
