CREATING FASTLANE PDF FILES

FastLane now accepts files in various formats and converts them to PDF format. FastLane recommends that you upload a file in one of those acceptable formats.

If you still wish to create a PDF file, then use the instructions below for the appropriate software, version, and operating system (OS).

• Adobe Distiller, Version 4.0 and higher
• Windows
• Mac
• Adobe Distiller, Version 3.x
• Windows
• Mac
• UNIX
• Ghostscript
• Microsoft Word
• TeX/LaTeX
• WordPerfect

Note to Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Users

If you are currently using Adobe Acrobat 6.0, you can still create PDF files that meet FastLane formatting requirements. To do this you must use the FastLane Job Options file, as described immediately below.
