Bombings Kill One U.S. Soldier, Wound 13

WASHINGTON, Sept. 30, 2004 — A series of car bombings in Baghdad today killed one American soldier and wounded 13 others. The bombings also killed at least two Iraqi policemen and reportedly injured scores of other Iraqis. Story
