VISION:   To maximize the Submarine Force's Arctic capability.
 
MISSION:   Conduct operations, coordinate R&D;, and implement technical improvements to:
   
  • Ensure Arctic operational and warfighting capability for all submarine classes;
  • Extend unique Arctic expertise to other environments;
  • Improve understanding of the Arctic Ocean.
