Folic Acid Educational Materials

CDC has folic acid education materials available free of charge for your use. The materials were developed, tested, refined, and produced to target two audiences.

• Before You Know It brochures, posters, print ads (small posters), fact sheets (brochure text with clipart to reproduce in black and white), and video and audio PSAs are intended for women who are thinking about becoming pregnant now or sometime soon.

• The Ready, Not series of brochures, posters, print ads, and PSAs are intended for women who are not considering pregnancy now or in the near future.

Among other materials available are a resource guide for planning education campaigns, health care providers tip cards, and a handbook of resources for families and professionals who deal with children with special needs in Georgia. All of these materials can be ordered through an online order form located at  http://www2.cdc.gov/ncbddd/faorder/orderform.html or an order form to print and fax or mail.
