REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee is $100.00 for either the full certification or 2 day recertification class. We accept MIPRs, Money Orders or Checks, (checks/money orders made out to DFAS/DAO should be sent to USACHPPM, ATTN: MCHB-CS-RBD\Phyllis Karppi, APG, MD 21010-5403). MIPRs should be faxed to Doris Knapp 584-4158\(410) 436-4158. It is not necssry to mail MIPRS. We do not accept DD1556s, credit cards or cash. Registration fees must paid prior to the course date.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The 4-day Certification course is for individuals who have never been certified to perform hearing tests (and other hearing conservation-related tasks) or for those technicians whose certification has expired (more than 5 years has past). This training is available to those who use the DOEHRS-HC system as part of their military or civilian job requirements.

The 2-day Recertification course is for currently certified individuals who require refresher training in order to maintain their hearing conservationist status. Those who received their last training within the past five years can attend this workshop, provided they are still required to perform hearing tests (and other hearing conservation-related tasks) as part of their military or civilian job responsibilities.
