Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance
PL 106-107 requires the Government to establish a common grant application and reporting system, develop a common electronic system for recipient financial reporting, to establish uniform administrative rules and procedures for assistance programs, and to look for other ways to simplify and streamline grant programs and processes. The U.S. Department of the Interior is inviting suggestions and thoughts from the recipient community on ways to improve and simplify the grants process.
