COMMUNITY RESOURCES "TOOL KIT"
The Summit planning committee was eager to ensure that participants left the Summit with information and resources that could be used in the community. The "Community Resources Tool Kit" is designed to serve as a resource for individuals and organizations looking to enhance their programs or start new programs. The Tool Kit includes:

- Federal and State Contacts
- Initiatives and Programs
- Funding Source and Information
- Technical Assistance Information
- Resource Documents
OMH anticipates updating the Tool Kit on a regular basis. A copy of the Tool Kit  is now available for download from this site.
