Cheryl Feldman Halpern, of New Jersey, to be a Member of the Board
of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for a term
expiring January 31, 2008, vice Heidi H. Schulman, term expired.
J. Anthony Holmes, of California, a Career Member of the Senior
Foreign Service, Class of Counselor, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Burkina Faso.
Nancy C. Pellett, of Iowa, to be a Member of the Farm Credit
Administration Board, Farm Credit Administration for a term expiring
May 31, 2008, vice Ann Jorgensen, term expired.
W. Scott Railton, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Occupational
