1.  Preventing Lung Cancer in Patients with Bronchial Dysplasia
(Posted: 08/17/2004) - This trial will study the effectiveness of zileuton in eliminating bronchial dysplasia in smokers and former smokers who are at high risk for lung cancer.

2.  Chemoprevention Study of Selenium for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
(Posted: 04/06/2004) - Researchers are investigating selenium as a chemoprevention agent to combat the development of secondary lung cancer tumors. This study seeks to validate results of previous cancer prevention studies in which selenium appeared to cause definite decreases in both prostate and lung cancer.

3.  Gefitinib (Iressa®) for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Trial
(Posted: 01/27/2004) - This study seeks to assess the effectiveness of gefitinib (Iressa®) in prolonging the survival of patients who have undergone surgery for stage IB, II, or IIIA non-small cell lung cancer.

4.  The Modafinil and Fatigue Trial
(Posted: 01/06/2004) - This study is testing the ability of modafinil to reduce fatigue in cancer patients who are receiving chemotherapy. The study will also examine the relationship between depression and fatigue in patients treated with modafinil.
